• Chrome Ring? (Y/N)
• IGM Number? (Y/N)
• Side Panel Type (Li/Special)
• Country of Origin
• Original Manual Style (Green/Orange/Unknown)
• Your Name (optional)
• Any additional details/history/notes (optional)
